introduction
ECHO International Language School was founded in 1982, with main offices in Tainan, Taiwan ROC, and with branch offices in Taichung and Taipei. In 1988, ECHO Overseas Study Counseling was established with the aim of assisting students in Taiwan to apply to schools and universities in different countries. In 2000, we founded The University of Golden Mountain Educational Organization. In 2002, The University of Golden Mountain purchased Jiangxi Hunn Chenn Institute in Nanchang City, People’s Republic of China. Hunn-Chenn Institute has been authorized by the Ministry of Education in China since 1992. ECHO's main services are as follows. We are now operating ECHO EXCHANGE ORGANIZATION in order to facilitate global interaction and understanding. Every year ECHO EXCHANGE sends many students from Taiwan and China to the USA and other countries to participate in high school exchange programs.

2000: Call-In ABC Publishing begins to produce English teaching materials
2002: Purchased Jiangxi Hunn-Chenn Institute (licensed by the Ministry of Education
in the People’s Republic of China since 1992)
2006: Merit Step International Ltd.
2006: Authorized by the Educational Testing Service (ETS) to administer the TOEFL
iBT test at 15 test centers throughout Taiwan.
2007: America Ha World International School
2008: Jiangxi Doctor Education and Management Development Co. Ltd.
